2005 – Focus on Microsoft and Oracle

Another milestone in the history of Comelio GmbH was the specialization in 2005. Since then, Comelio has been a Microsoft Certified Partner and Oracle Partner and since 2007 a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner with a constantly growing number of competencies, proven by customer projects and certifications. Solutions in the area of ​​business intelligence and business solutions focus on Microsoft servers and Microsoft and Oracle databases.

2006 – R&D / Innovation Award

The first research and development project took place in 2006. Since then, Comelio has been cooperating with industry partners and with scientific research institutions.

Every year, a Comelio team carries out a research project that is financed either by Comelio or with public funding and leads to an increase in technology competence. The results are published in book/article form as well as a software prototype/test version and submitted to technology competitions.

The first project, „Future-oriented building assessment,“ receives the „Ruhr Area Future Competition“ award.

2006 – Publishing House

Project managers and the Comelio management have been publishing books with various German IT publishers since 2002. In 2006, Comelio GmbH founded its own publishing company, Comelio Medien, in order to be able to deal with current topics more flexibly.

2007 – Comelio Dragon

The little dragon Comelio will be the mascot of Comelio GmbH. He will appear on book covers, in books on the title pages of new chapters, in marketing brochures, on posters and drawings, in short references on IT topics and everywhere where Comelio offers solutions. He will be published under the Creative Commons License.
